Terms of service
The terms that apply to using this website, and how they sit alongside the signed agreement that governs an actual engagement.

This is a template, not finished legal advice
This document is a template published for review. It has not been reviewed or approved by legal counsel, it is not legal advice, and it may not reflect the requirements that apply to your jurisdiction, contracts, or data processing arrangements. AiEngineer.in publishes it so that visitors can see how the site intends to operate, and it must be reviewed, completed, and approved by qualified counsel before it is relied upon.
These terms govern your use of this website and describe the general framework within which AiEngineer.in provides AI consulting and development services. They are written in plain English and are intentionally general: the commercial terms of any actual project live in a separate signed agreement, not here.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site from the date shown at the top of the page onwards.
Website terms and engagement agreements
This page covers the website only. Nothing on it is an offer to provide services, a quotation, or a commitment to any scope, timeline, or price. Descriptions of services, example scenarios, and delivery approaches are illustrative.
Consulting and development work is provided only under a separate written engagement agreement — a proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, or equivalent — signed by both parties. Where that agreement conflicts with anything on this page, the signed agreement prevails.
Permitted use of the site
You may browse the site, read and print its content for your own business evaluation, and share links to it. You may quote short extracts with attribution to the source page.
You agree not to use the site in a way that damages it, interferes with other visitors, or breaks the law. The following are examples rather than an exhaustive list.
- Automated scraping, crawling, or harvesting beyond ordinary search engine indexing.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any connected system.
- Interfering with the site's availability, including load testing or denial-of-service activity.
- Submitting unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or malicious content through the contact form.
- Republishing substantial parts of the site's content as your own, or removing attribution.
Intellectual property in site content
The text, design, code, and other material published on this website belong to AiEngineer.in or to the parties that licensed it to us, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Nothing on this page transfers any of those rights to you.
Third-party names, product names, and logos mentioned on this site — including property management and CRM platforms — remain the property of their respective owners. We reference them to describe integration capability, and such a reference does not imply an endorsement, partnership, or certification unless we say so explicitly.
Deliverables and third-party costs
Under an engagement, the deliverables we build for a client — configuration, prompts, integration code, and documentation produced for that project — are intended to be owned by the client on payment, as set out in the signed agreement. We retain rights in our own pre-existing methods, tools, and general know-how, which we may reuse.
Deliverables typically run on third-party models, platforms, and services. Those services carry their own fees and their own terms, and are usually contracted directly by the client under the client's own accounts. Where we procure them on a client's behalf, they are recharged as agreed in the engagement agreement, and the third party's terms continue to govern that service.
No professional advice
Content on this site is general information about AI consulting and automation for real estate. It is not legal, regulatory, financial, tax, brokerage, or property management advice, and it does not take account of your circumstances.
You should obtain advice from a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here. Reading this site or contacting us does not create a professional or advisory relationship; that begins only under a signed engagement agreement.
AI outputs and human review
AI systems produce probabilistic output. They can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and they can express something in a way that is technically correct but inappropriate for the recipient. Every system we design assumes human review at the points where an error would matter, and we do not represent that AI output is accurate without it.
Where a client operates a system we build, the client remains responsible for what it sends and for compliance with the rules that apply to its business. That includes fair housing and anti-discrimination requirements, advertising and listing rules, tenant communication and notice requirements, recording and consent rules for calls and messages, and licensing obligations. Review workflows, escalation paths, and approval checkpoints are agreed during the engagement, and disabling or bypassing them is at the client's own risk.
Confidentiality
Information you send us about your business through the contact form or by email is treated as confidential and used only to respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before detailed discussions if you prefer.
Mutual confidentiality obligations, including how confidential information is handled at the end of a project, are set out in the engagement agreement. Please do not send confidential or sensitive material through the website contact form before those terms are in place.
Third-party services and links
This site may link to websites and services operated by others. We provide those links for convenience and we do not control, monitor, or endorse the content, security, or privacy practices of the destinations.
Your use of a third-party website or service is governed by that party's own terms and privacy policy, and any dealings you have with it are between you and that party.
Disclaimer of warranties
The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or current. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of your use of this website — whether the claim is based in contract, tort, or any other theory.
Liability arising from services is governed by the limitations and caps agreed in the signed engagement agreement, which is where a commercially appropriate figure should be set. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of this website, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of the rights of another party.
Any indemnities relating to services — including their scope, exclusions, and the process for handling a claim — are dealt with in the engagement agreement rather than here, and should be negotiated with counsel on both sides.
Term and termination
These terms apply for as long as you use the site. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time, and we may restrict access where use appears to breach these terms or threaten the site's security or availability.
Sections that by their nature should survive — intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law — continue to apply after your use of the site ends. Termination of an engagement is governed by the engagement agreement.
Governing law and jurisdiction
PLACEHOLDER — TO BE COMPLETED BY COUNSEL. The governing law and the courts that have jurisdiction over disputes are deliberately left blank in this template. We will not name a jurisdiction we have not confirmed, because the correct choice depends on where the business is established, where clients are located, and which consumer or commercial protections apply.
Counsel should specify the governing law, the venue for disputes, and any dispute resolution process — for example negotiation, mediation, or arbitration — before these terms are relied upon. Until that is completed, the mandatory law of your place of residence or establishment may apply regardless of anything written here.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the site, our services, or the law. The revised version takes effect when it is published on this page, and the date at the top of the page shows when that happened.
Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site and contact us with any question about work already in progress.
